Color Blocking

A new trend that I am starting to notice is color blocking. Color blocking is a bold trend that is out of the norm. You mix colors that you normally wouldn't do. I've noticed that many celebrities are doing the trend, but everyday people aren't doing it as much. It is kind of risky, and the safest way to play it is by mixing complementary colors.
